Order in Council 1390/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 108/2018;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 109/2018;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 110/2018;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 111/2018;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 112/2018;

And

whereas Dawn Kershaw tendered her resignation effective September 21, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act , subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 , subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 108/2018, 109/2018, 110/2018, 111/2018 and 112/2018 be revoked effective September 21, 2019.
