OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated August 8, 2002, pursuant to Sections 2(b), 2(c), 3(1)(c), 3(1)(

d) and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize financial assistance to Xerox Canada Ltd. in the amount of $315,000 on terms and conditions as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of the Office of Economic Development dated August 8, 2002; (

b) authorize the Minister of the Office of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; and (

c) assign the administration of this loan to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated.
