OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 29, 2000, pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (
a) authorize a lease for the purpose of a radio tower site and 33 foot wide right of way, for a term of five (5) years (August 1, 1999, to July 31, 2004) at the full term rent of $2,500.00 with an option to renew for a further 5 years, from Austin Allan Dillman, his executors, heirs, successors and assigns for a lot of land containing 3.86 acres+ plus a 33 foot wide right of way located at Jerusalem Hill, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (
b) authorize a lease for a term of five (5) years (August 1, 1999, to July 31, 2004) at the full term rent of $1,000.00 with the option to renew for a further 5 years, from Gail Elaine Potter, her executors, heirs, successors and assigns for a 33 foot wide right of way across the lands of Gail Potter located at Jerusalem Hill, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (
c) authorize a lease for a term of five (5) years (August 1, 1999, to July 31, 2004) at the full term rent of $1,000.00 with an option to renew for a further 5 years, from James and Linda Ritcy, their executors, heirs, successors and assigns for a 33 foot wide right of way across the lands of James and Linda Ritcy located at Jerusalem Hill, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (
d) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to prepare and have executed such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
