OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated July 23, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve Waterfront Development Corporation Limited entering into agreements for the development of lands on the Halifax waterfront with Armour Group Limited in the form substantially as set out and described in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated July 23, 2010; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to approve such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
