OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 29, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , and Sections 3 and 5 of
Chapter 40 of the Acts of 2011, the Nova Scotia Jobs Fund Act , is pleased to: (
a) approve an investment with Composites Atlantic Limited in an amount not to exceed Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) on terms and conditions generally as outlined in
Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 29, 2013; (
b) authorize entering into the net debt obligation contained in a letter of undertaking in favour of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company EADS N.V. in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Million Dollars ($15,000,000.00) generally in the form outlined in
Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 29, 2013; and (
c) transfer to the Nova Scotia Jobs Fund and charge to Capital Account the amount of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00).
