Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting part-time employees in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 30, 2009.
