OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated June 27, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is pleased to approve the Minister entering into agreements with the Government of Canada, the Province of Québec, the Province of New Brunswick, J.D. Irving Limited, Université Laval, and Génome Québec respecting genomic related research to be conducted to improve the productivity of certain conifer species, on the terms and conditions approved by the Executive Council, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreements.
