OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 7, 2015, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a lease to Michael D. White and Trudi-Ann L. White, (formerly known as Trudi-Ann L. Stephens), carrying on business as Misty Ridge Farm, their heirs, successors, trustees, and permitted assigns of Crown lands containing approximately 14 hectares (35 acres), the exact location and acreage to be determined by survey, located at Kennetcook, Hants County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, for the purpose of cultivating and harvesting blueberries and for developing a honey bee operation, and for no other purpose, for a term of 20 years, with the right to renew the lease for a further 20 year term, provided that Michael D. White and Trudi-Ann L. White have satisfactorily complied with the terms and conditions of the lease; and (

b) executing such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
