OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 29, 1999, pursuant to clause 16(1)(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, for constructing, maintaining and using a road and sewer pipeline, approximately 50 feet wide, with respect to Crown land situate at Herring Cove, Halifax County, and shown outlined in red on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Frederick R. O'Hearn and Lynn O'Hearn, both of Herring Cove, Halifax County, for the consideration of $200.00, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
