OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated June 19, 1998, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Her Province of Nova Scotia, to accept from Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of Canada the transfer of administration and control of two parcels of land, containing 1322 square metres and 149 square metres, more or less, said lands are situate at Harrigan Cove, Halifax County, and being more particularly described in
