OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 3, 2004, pursuant to
Section 41 of N.S. Reg 120/99 as amended, the Fuel Safety Regulations, made under
Section 51 of
Chapter 6 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2002, the Fuel Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve the reappointment of Frederick Chalmers of Truro, Colchester County, as a member, representing the propane industry and Chair of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board for a term of two (2) years commencing December 3, 2004; (
b) reimburse Frederick Chalmers for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (
c) approve the appointment of Robert Sampson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board who is active in education and training for the gas industry, for a term of two (2) years commencing December 3, 2004; (
d) reimburse Robert Sampson for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (
e) approve the appointment of Colleen Rollings of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing December 3, 2004; (
f) reimburse Colleen Rollings for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by her in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (
g) approve the appointment of Arthur Irwin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an end user representative member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board, for a term of two (2) years commencing December 3, 2004; (
h) reimburse Arthur Irwin for the necessary and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in attending meetings of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board; (
i) approve the appointment of Marjorie Davison of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a non-voting member of the Fuel Safety Advisory Board representing the Apprenticeship and Training division of the Department of Education, for a term of two (2) years commencing December 3, 2004.
