Order in Council 1928/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 984/2014, dated August 13, 2014,Lucille Perreault was appointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 13th day of August 2014, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the appointment;

And

Whereas Lucille Perreault has agreed to be reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Lucille Perreault is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from August 14 th 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this reappointment.
