B.C. Reg. 9/2006, deposited January 30, 2006, pursuant to the HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT [Sections 12 and 50]. Order in Council 33/2006, approved and ordered January 30, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) B.C. Reg. 362/95, the Designation Regulation, is repealed, and

(

b) the amendments set out in the attached Appendix are made.

APPENDIX

1 The Dental Hygienists Regulation, B.C. Reg. 486/94, is amended by adding the following section:

Health profession corporations

Part 4 of the Health Professions Act applies to dental hygiene.

2 The Denturists Regulation, B.C. Reg. 68/2000, is amended by adding the following section:

Health profession corporations

Part 4 of the Health Professions Act applies to denturism.

3 The Massage Therapists Regulation, B.C. Reg. 484/94, is amended by adding the following section:

Health profession corporations

Part 4 of the Health Professions Act applies to massage therapy.

4 The Physical Therapists Regulation, B.C. Reg. 485/94, is amended by adding the following section:

Health profession corporations

Part 4 of the Health Professions Act applies to physical therapy.
