Order in Council 308/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Nevin McKeown of Mississauga, Ontario

be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding nine months after this appointment, effective February 3, 2017.

And that Order in Council 677/2016 dated May 4, 2016 reappointing Robert Andrews as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency be revoked, effective February 3, 2017.
