Order in Council 1340/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Lorraine Mathers of Mount Brydges be reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective January 1, 2019.
