OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated May 26, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to confirm approval of the agreement entered into between the Minister of Energy and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency to fund a socio-economic study of offshore wind, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
