Section 1 of the Liquor Control Act,

chapter L-10 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended 1 L’article 1 de la

a) in the English version of the definition “pre- scription” by striking out “him” and substituting “them”;

Section 65 of the Act is amended 6 L’article 65 de la Loi est modifié (

a) by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following:
