Order in Council 1188/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Oliver Nnamdi Okafor of Toronto, appointed by O.C. 810/2021 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario, has resigned;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Midwifery Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 810/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
