Order in Council 1535/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Linda Smith was reappointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 4, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1632/2020;

And

whereas Linda Smith tendered her resignation on October 26, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Order in Council O.C. 1632/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
