OIC Number: 2007 - 265 Date of Order: May 04, 2007 OIC Text: The Governor in Council is pleased to revoke that portion of Order in Council 2007-250 dated April 30, 2007 which appointed the Honourable Angus MacIsaac as Acting Premier, Acting President of the Executive Council and Acting Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs from 10:50 a.m., Sunday, April 29, 2007 until 10:50 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, 2007; The Governor in Council is pleased to appoint, confirm and ratify the actions of the following Ministers: To be Acting Premier, Acting President of the Executive Council and Acting Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 1, 2007: the Honourable Angus MacIsaac; To be Acting Minister of Health Promotion and Protection, Acting Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs, Acting Minister of Communications Nova Scotia, Acting Minister of Volunteerism and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from Thursday, May 3, 2007 until Saturday, May 5, 2007, inclusive: the Honourable Chris d'Entremont; To be Acting Minister of Health Promotion and Protection, Acting Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs, Acting Minister of Communications Nova Scotia, Acting Minister of Volunteerism and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from Sunday, May 6, 2007 until Monday, May 7, 2007, inclusive: the Honourable Jamie Muir; and To be Acting Minister of Health Promotion and Protection, Acting Minister of African Nova Scotian Affairs, Acting Minister of Communications Nova Scotia, Acting Minister of Volunteerism and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister on Tuesday, May 8, 2007: the Honourable Chris d'Entremont.
