OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated February 26, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act is pleased to: (
a) authorize the easement to NSP Maritime Link Incorporated more particularly shown on Schedules “A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (
b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute the Easement Agreement in such form as the Minister determines to affect the lands herein above described, and; (
c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
