Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to amend the University Foundations Regulations, N.S. Reg. 63/1993, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 93-333 dated April 6, 1993, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation effective on and after May 26, 2020.
