OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, dated January 30, 2019, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , is pleased to: (
a) appoint Miranda Romkey of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property for a term of three-years commencing March 1, 2019; and (
b) determine that remuneration for each of the members shall be $75.00 per meeting plus reasonable expenses.
