OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 12, 2002, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Primary Forest Products Marketing Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint the following person as an alternate member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board for a term of office commencing November 1, 2002, and ending October 31, 2004: John Roblee of Oxford, Cumberland County, as a woodlot owner who is not engaged in the sawmill industry or the pulp and paper industry; (

b) reappoint the following person as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board for a term of office commencing November 1, 2002, and ending October 31, 2004: M. Russ Waycott of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a person experienced in the pulp and paper industry; (

c) reappoint the following person as a member of the Nova Scotia Primary Forest Products Marketing Board for a term of office commencing May 1, 2003, and ending April 30, 2005: Loman Ayer of Shelburne, Shelburne County, as a person not engaged in the production, marketing or processing of primary forest products.
