OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 25, 2000, pursuant to
Section 10 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to institute an election in the Electoral District of Cape Breton East and is further pleased to fix the date of the Writ of Election as February 25, 2000, and to fix the date of Ordinary Polling Day as Tuesday, April 4, 2000.
