In general terms, the pu rpose of Municipal Plan Amendment No. 10, 2005 is to re designate land located on the eastern side of Perrins Ro ad to the Residential Medium Density Land Use desi gnation. The corresponding Development Regulations Amendment No.14 will rezone the land to the Residential Medium Density Land Use Zone.
