Order in Council 1325/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14(1.1), 14(1.2) and 14(2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Kirk Walstedt of Maidstone

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal who is entitled to hear matters under the Agricultural Employees Protection Act, 2002 , for a fixed term of one year effective on the later of December 31, 2018 and the day this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act , as amended,

Kirk Walstedt of Maidstone

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Chair of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of one year effective on the later of December 31, 2018 and the day this Order in Council is made.
