OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated April 12, 2018, and pursuant to Sections 4B, 4C and 5 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 2004, the Electricity Act , is pleased to amend the Renewable Electricity Regulations , N.S. Reg. 155/2010, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2010-381 dated October 12, 2010, to clarify the language dealing with the Solar Electricity for Community Buildings Nova Scotia Program and to provide for matters relating to the procurement of electricity under the program, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 8, 2018.
