WHEREAS it appears by Messages from Her Honour, W Helen Hunley, Lieutenant Governor of the Province of Alberta, and the Estimates accompanying the Messages, that the sums hereinafter mentioned are required to defray certain expenditures of the Public Service of Alberta not otherwise provided for during the fiscal years ending respectively March 31, 1986 and March 31, 1987, and for other purposes relating thereto: MAY IT THEREFORE PLEASE YOUR MAJESTY that it be en acted and

be it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, as follows: 1 From and out of the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum not exceeding, in the whole, $796 682 627.01 to wards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Ser vice from April 1, 1985 to March 31, 1986, not otherwise provided for and set forth in

Schedule "A" to this Act. 2 From and out of the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum not exceeding, in the whole, $10 486 340 735 to wards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Ser vice from April 1, 1986 to March 31, 1987, not otherwise provided for and set forth in

Schedule "B" to this Act, including the amount of $5 700 332 672 voted by

section 1 of the Appropriation (Interim Supply) Act, 1986. 3 From and out of the General Revenue Fund, there may be paid and applied a sum not exceeding, in the whole, $128 858 570 towards defraying the several charges and expenses of the Public Service from April 1, 1986 to March 31, 1987, not otherwise provided for and set forth in

Schedule "C" to this Act. 4 The due application of all money expended under this Act shall be accounted for.
