OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part II of the Gaming Control Act dated February 25, 1999, pursuant to

Section 65 of

Chapter 4 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 96-303 dated April 23, 1996, by deleting therefrom the words and punctuation "to be effective on, from and after February 15, 1996" and substituting therefor the words and punctuation "for a term commencing February 15, 1996, and ending March 31, 1999".
