OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated January 21, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to; (

a) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to enter into Amending Agreement No. 3 to the Canada - Province of Nova Scotia Building Canada Fund Agreement for Core National Highway Projects (the "Agreement") with the Government of Canada, substantially in the form and including all Schedules, as set forth in

Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of such schedules, annexes, appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement, effective on and after February 4, 2014; and (

b) ratify and confirm Amending Agreements No. 1 and No. 2 to the Canada – Province of Nova Scotia Building Canada Fund Agreement for Core National Highway Projects, as set forth in Schedules "B" and "C" respectively, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, executed in advance of the issue of this Order.
