Order in Council 1400/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Marilyn Linton of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of one year, effective October 5, 2016 to and including October 4, 2017.
