OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 14, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 15, 2017, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2015-90 dated March 24, 2015; (
b) assign responsibility for
Part I of the Gaming Control Act to the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board, who may also be described as the Minister responsible for
Part I of the Gaming Control Act ; and (
c) direct that, for administrative purposes, all affairs and matters relating to
Part I of the Gaming Control Act be attached to the Department of Finance and Treasury Board.
