Section 18 of

Chapter 9 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Tourist Accommodations Act, is pleased to amend the Tourist Accommodations Regulations, N.S. Reg. 185/2003, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-461 dated November 6, 2003, by repealing

Section 13 of the regulations, effective on and after April 1, 2009.
