OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated March 8, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to appoint Hobartson Augustus James Wedderburn of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of office of three years commencing April 28, 2005.
