OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 4, 2004, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (

g) and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, and to Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4) and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Foreign Exchange Translation Incorporated authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on April 21, 2004, as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated May 4, 2004; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
