OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated July 6, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal entering into agreements with: (

a) Membertou Band and Membertou Development Corporation; and (

b) Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada on the terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreements and such additional operational agreements and appendices as are necessary to implement the agreements, effective on and after July 23, 2013.
