a) all previous appointments of members of the board of the BC Transportation Financing Authority are rescinded, (

b) the Honourable Judith Reid is appointed the sole member of the board of the BC Transportation Financing Authority, and (

c) on the recommendation of the Minister of Transportation, Dan Doyle is appointed the chief executive officer of the BC Transportation Financing Authority and all previous appointments to that chief executive officer position are rescinded.
