OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works dated April 16, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 307 of
Chapter 293 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Motor Vehicle Act , is pleased to make new regulations respecting a pilot project for three-wheeled vehicles in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 7, 2024.
