Order in Council 1713/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 9 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act , Maureen Smith of Ottawa, be reappointed as a part-time member of the Committee to Evaluate Drugs to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective January 7, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
