OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated July 21, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 138 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1969 (as amended), the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Sean Kelly, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing October 5, 2015, and expiring on August 31, 2018; (

b) appoint David van de Wetering, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing October 5, 2015, and expiring on August 31, 2018; and (

c) reappoint Gordon Whittaker, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing October 5, 2015, and expiring on August 31, 2018.
