OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated February 7, 2006, and pursuant to

Section 8 of

Chapter 402 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Retail Business Uniform Closing Day Act, is pleased to amend the regulations respecting

definitions, N.S. Reg. 271/92, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-1212 dated December 15, 1992, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after March 1, 2006.
