OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated October 12, 2012, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations, N.S. Reg. 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, is pleased to: (

a) consent to Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Board of Directors' decision of October 3, 2012, to approve financial assistance by way of a loan not to exceed three hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($350,000.00) to Origin Biomed Inc., on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated October 12, 2012; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such consents, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this order.
