OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated May 2, 2013, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to, effective May 28, 2013: (

a) amend Order in Council 2010-225 dated June 1, 2010, to provide that the term of office of John Carter, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation, is five years commencing July 1, 2010; and (

b) appoint John Carter of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as Vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of office commencing May 28, 2013, and expiring on June 30, 2015
