Order in Council 1171/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Presta was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 17, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 243/2022;

And

whereas Michael Presta tendered his resignation effective May 6, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 243/2022 be revoked effective May 6, 2023.
