Statute: Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act dated January 22, 2013, and pursuant to Sections 9, 10, 12 and 15 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1987, the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, is pleased, effective on and after March 5, 2013, to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Paul F. Taylor as an alternate member of the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board; (

b) appoint Paul F. Taylor, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a non-civil servant member to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board for a term of office of six years; and (

c) determine that Paul F. Taylor shall receive an annual retainer of $5,000.00 and $300.00 per day for each day spent on Board business and that he shall be reimbursed for reasonable travelling expenses in accordance with the Nova Scotia Government Management Manual.
