OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 26, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act, and
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective April 9, 2013, to authorize the Minister of Justice and Attorney General to enter into an agreement on behalf of the Province providing for Canada's contribution to Adult and Youth Criminal Legal Aid, Immigration and Refugee Legal Aid and Court-Ordered Counsel in Federal Prosecutions in the form set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or in a form of agreement to like form and effect.
