OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated February 17, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 28 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Auditor General Act, is pleased, effective February 25, 2009, to amend Order in Council 2005-540 by striking out clause (

c) and adding the following clause: "(

c) fix and determine the salary of Jacques Lapointe to be at such rate as may be determined by the Executive Council or Treasury and Policy Board;".
