OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 20, 2000, and pursuant to Sections 6, 7 and 8 of

Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Myra Batalion of Musquodoboit Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-152 dated April 5, 2000; (

b) appoint Myra Lee Plitt Jerome of Musquodoboit Harbour, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation for a term ending March 6, 2002; (

c) approve the payment of remuneration in the amount of $150 for Myra Lee Plitt Jerome for each day spent at Board meetings; and (

d) approve the payment of necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by Myra Lee Plitt Jerome as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation.
