Order in Council 884/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of proposed highway, in the Towns of Oakville, Milton and Halton Hills, Geographic Township of Trafalgar, Regional Municipality of Halton; and in the City of Mississauga, Geographic Township of Trafalgar, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5131-0000, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 6th day of July, 2021, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The portions of proposed highway, in the City of Brampton, Geographic Township of Toronto, Regional Municipality of Peel, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5132-0003, filed with the Geomatics Central, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 16th day of June, 2021, be designated as Controlled-Access Highway pursuant to

Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50, as amended.

The designation as Controlled-Access Highway described in Order-in-Council OC -2331/2017 registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Peel as Instrument No. PR3281658 dated February 07, 2018, be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Parts 2 to 13 (inclusive) on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5132-0003.
